Features

"Employees who believe that management is concerned about them as a whole person – not just an employee – are more productive, more satisfied, more fulfilled. Satisfied employees mean satisfied customers, which leads to profitability."

Quality Requirements

" To define the customer's expectations for quality (quality factors), the internal process and product attributes that indicate whether the quality factors are being satisfied (quality criteria), and the measures to be used to give visibility to the levels of quality being achieved (quality metrics). " - Craig Borrysowich

Quality Factors

" Meet with customer executives to establish the important quality considerations from the users' perspective that will determine whether the product meets user requirements. "

" Work with the Acceptor to define a maximum of 10 quality factors ranked in order of importance, the top three (+/-) being the customer's critical success factors.".

" Address conflicting factors (e.g., maintainability versus efficiency) and document the tradeoffs to be made. Achieving the top ranking factors will be critical success factors for the project. All other quality factors will be subordinate to these. "
